The hotel has established the training Centre of Tourism and Hospitality of Nosy Be (CFTH). The manager and founder of the hotel created the COFESTIN (Committee of the organisation of festival of Nosy Be) and now celebrate their 21 years alive which attracts 50 000 spectators each year.
