The Zahir Club is an exclusive virtual place dedicated to all our customers who’ve been to Le Zahir Lodge, their relatives and friends and all those who prefer to organize by themselves their holiday and love to be pampered and served with special attention.
The Lodge is an eco-social project designed to improve the lives of the inhabitants. The lodge has two fresh water wells feeding a tank of 18,000 liters. The proximity of the village also means sharing the daily life of local people. Children playing, singing roosters, ducks and some rare circulating during night parties (New Year, Easter, Assumption, June 26, and three or four other local occasions) are part of village life. The direction inform you about the parties in advance so as to eliminate any subsequent complaints. ll find the aloalo, totem Antandroi people, sculptures and furniture Zafimaniry, craft compositions Antemoro paper, fine lamps and other iron creations pierced the great Dieudone, a Merina artist living in Tana, the puss puss of highlands, the Imphani mohair rugs, Sakalavas decorations, stylized ethnic paintings, curtains and tablecloths of Nosy be, the pink granite of Tana and many other items which will be a pleasure to tell the story. The Zahir de l’Ile is located on the Great Iranja, towards the southwest compared to Nosy Be, at about 1:30 a.m. min boat ride from Madirokely beach from where all the excursions.
The property is well sheltered by mangroves and all the rooms overlook the famous strip of white sand and clear blue sea of emerald or turquoise. The bar-restaurant is open from 07:00 am to 09.00, from 12.00 to 14.30 and from 19.30 until closing, around 21:30.
Meal price is already included in the rates of stay in full board.
All beverages are considered extras.
Le Zahir Lodge have 7 rooms consisting of;
- 1 family bungalow of about 70 square meters: 2 separate bedrooms with double bed, shower and toilet, terrace with furniture and porch. The bungalows are called Aloalo and Madagascar
- 2 wooden bungalow of about 20 square meters: bedroom with double bed 1 Madiro Bungalow (2 bedrooms for a family of 4)
- 3 bungalows of 25 square meters: double bed, a single bed, all with mosquito net, shower and toilet, furniture and porch.
The bungalows are called Baobab , Ibis , Ravinala , Geco , Zebu and Maky.
Each bungalow of ‘ Hotel Le Zahir Lodge Nosy Be is decorated differently and contains original furniture and handicraft items and the Malagasy culture.
The structure consists of 6 bungalows (7 rooms), bar, restaurant, water tank, technicians and garden clubs. The bungalows were built with local materials and local ethnic original architecture to provide maximum comfort possible in Nosy Iranja. The bungalows are made of semi-hard and each has room with toilet, shower and veranda.
The Bar Restaurant is an octagonal shape structure of approximately 150 square meters, with an entirely wooden roof and satrana about 10 meters high. It can accommodate in standard conditions up to 40 people.
Equipped with fans, has, inter alia, a hi-fi system, console for iPod, satellite TV system, video projector with 250 x 150 cm screen that allows you to enjoy on a big screen TV and video projection programming both cd players from that hard drive.
Zahir is an Arabic word which means the wish that we want to realize the dream we want to live whether it be a person, a place or an emotion.
