Set on a hillside, in the heart of breathtaking beauty, between forests and beaches, the lodges and their verandahs all have a splendid sea view that promises you delicious breakfasts on flamboyant sunrises, fine Colorful days and romantic dinners under the stars. The vegetal setting that surrounds your lodge preserves your privacy and gives you its benefits of shade and freshness.
The lodges are filled with a softness very pleasant to live. Admirably made according to a slender architecture and privileging woods and traditional materials like rosewood or sohihy, the warm tones, brown and subtle reflections incite to the relaxation. The height of Ravinala’s leaf roofs (the traveller’s tree) facilitates excellent natural ventilation. Each lodge has its own personality, furniture and decorative objects have been chosen among antique dealers, Malagasy artists and craftsmen and constitute a subtle alloy between ethnicity and modernity.
A few steps from your lodge, you reach the beautiful beach to find the sunbeds arranged on the golden sand or in the shade of the palm trees. You walk calmly along this transparent water that invites you to bathe, ideal for regenerating smoothly. The Private Nature Reserve offers beautiful walks where you can admire the many species of flowers and trees, as well as lemurs, chameleons, hummingbirds and butterflies.

“Honore is a fantastic captain (as he was for us in 2008) and knows everything about Madagascar from the culture to the geography to politics and biology. We were so privileged to have him as our guide.”
Monica Murray – Izy Safari – Tented camps
“We choose this destination to be able to snorkel and fish as we are avid water sports people. We weren’t disappointed and the cost of doing this with Marcine’s boat was affordable for the South African Rand.”
